En particulier dans le contexte actuel d&rsquo;incertitude et d\u201d \u00e9volution rapide de la main-d \u201c\u0153uvre, les employ\u00e9s attendent des dirigeants qu&rsquo;ils cr\u00e9ent des environnements dans lesquels ils se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour exprimer leur personnalit\u00e9 authentique.
