As a Global Senior Consultant, Christian Mainguy worked on enhancing the value proposition for insurers and large corporate clients by integrating new services into the global offerings of Workplace Options. His area of expertise covers absenteeism prevention, return-to-work support, the promotion of employee well-being, and workplace health and quality of life. After more than 20 years in the insurance and reinsurance industry, he led Rehalto, a company dedicated to workplace well-being, which joined Workplace Options in 2019. Christian holds a Master of Consulting & Coaching for change from Oxford and HEC. He loves learning and is passionate about human development, analyzing and understanding human behavior, and organizational dynamics.
