Vanessa joined WPO in 2014 as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to Head of Consulting in 2018. Before coming to WPO, Vanessa worked as a clinical psychologist and as head of human resources. This experience allowed her to discover the effects of working conditions on employees and the importance of a high quality of life at work. Working out of our Paris office, today, she specializes in assisting companies through reorganization, harassment, workplace tensions, and the promotion of a healthy work-life balance. In this position, she consults management and human resources in the diagnosing and addressing employee quality of life and improving their experience at work, providing support and advice when organizations are looking for direction. Vanessa was named WPO Rehalto Employee of the Year in 2020. Vanessa has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology, and a Master’s degree in Work Psychology from the Paris Descartes University.
