As the EU reinforces its commitment to worker health and safety through stronger enforcement of the EU Framework Directive 89/391/EEC and national legislation in countries like France, Germany, and Spain, organizations must adapt quickly to stay compliant. Workplace Options’ Center for Organizational Effectiveness launched the Psychosocial Risk Compliance Inventory and Synopsis to equip EU-based and multinational employers with critical insights to meet evolving obligations across 68 countries—ensuring their workplaces increase employee wellbeing and reduce liability.
