Grace Ding has over 13 years of comprehensive experience in the EAP field, including program planning, marketing, sales, account management, and network development. She joined Workplace Options in 2017 as the senior consultant for the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, she develops key relationships in China and other Asian markets and collaborates with our global business solutions team to create new opportunities for growth. Grace brings an extensive knowledge of both business and clinical requirements and a passion for bridging Eastern and Western cultures in an expanding global marketplace. An established industry leader, Grace sits on the board of directors for the Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable (APEAR) and has twice been a featured speaker at the EAPA conference. She speaks Chinese and English, and was chief editor and translator for the Chinese version of the book Workplace Counselling: A Systematic Approach to Employee Care by Michael Carrol. Grace is a certified employee assistance professional with the IEPA; she holds a master’s in business administration from the International University of Japan.
