Workplace Options Center for Organizational Effectiveness Unveils Compliance Inventory and Synopsis to Help Latin American Employers Address Psychosocial Risk

New global resource supports companies navigating Brazil’s NR-17 and other emerging policies in the region focused on employee mental health and workplace safety.

In Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, governments are introducing new frameworks for psychosocial risk protection—such as Brazil’s NR-17 standard on ergonomics and mental well-being. Workplace Options Center for Organizational Effectiveness released the Psychosocial Risk Compliance Inventory and Synopsis to provide an essential reference for Latin American companies looking to comply with growing mandates and implement proactive well-being strategies that advance resilient workforces and address psychosocial risk.

“Latin America is making bold moves to prioritize psychological health and safety at work,” said Oliver Brecht, VP of WPO Center for Organizational Effectiveness. “Our compliance inventory and synopsis ensures employers in the region are not only informed but empowered to take meaningful action for their people.”
